320 eye hooks are the most widely used hoist hook used for wire rope slings, tow straps, two ropes and so on. There are two grade for this hook. Grade 43 is made of forged carbon steel with 5 times safety factor and grade 70 is made of forged alloy steel with 4 times safety factor. Both hooks can be used as hoist hook, but be sure to attach the hook to same capacity hoist equipment.
